Septic Tank s'est formé en 1994 comme un projet alternatif à Cathedral. Reformé après la séparation de Cathedral, toujours avec les membres originaux: Garry Jennings et Lee Dorrian, ils ont sorti un EP en 2013, Rotting Civilisation est leur premier album.
