Le chanteur Urban Breed a annoncé ce mercredi 26 mai son départ de SERIOUS BLACK.
Communiqué :
I wish to give thanks to everyone that supported the band during my time in Serious Black!
I'm no longer part of the plan. I certainly contributed to shaping that decision by letting my frustration and disappointment with how I thought my material was mishandled during late stage production spill over and carry on all throughout the tour and beyond, and for that, I can only say I'm sorry...
Thank you again!
I hope to see you all in the future!

Je ne fais plus partie du plan. J'ai certainement contribué à façonner cette décision en laissant ma frustration et ma déception face à la façon dont je pensais que mon matériel avait été mal géré pendant la production tardive et tout au long de la tournée et au-delà, et pour cela, je ne peux que dire que je suis désolé. ..

Le groupe a réagi hier, jeudi 27 mai, et déclaré :
Hello fans, friends and partners,
first of all we have to say that we are very confused about Urban‘s statement that he is leaving SERIOUS BLACK.
We were really suprised to hear about his comment via magazines and our crew - there was no conversation before.
We respect his decision!
It is true, that the production of „Suite 226“ and also the tour showed
the differences between how we want this band to be and his view.
Anyway, there is no reason for us to fight here with Urban.
He is an outstanding great singer and musician and we want to thank him for more than 100 concerts worldwide, great songs and his work on 4 amazing records!
We truly wish him all the best for his future!
AND NOW the GOOD NEWS of the day:
First:
We had a talk with our label „AFM Records“ a few minutes ago.
We have their full support to finish this record we are working on ... we have to thank them a lot for their given trust!
Second:
A good old friend offered us his helping hand to get this album done.
At this point many thanks to Bob Katsionis, it’s great to have you on our side!
One thing we can promise ... we will deliver a killer album with great new tracks at its very best, crafted in teamwork!

Tout d'abord, nous devons dire que nous sommes très confus quant à la déclaration d'Urban selon laquelle il quitte SERIOUS BLACK.
Nous avons été vraiment surpris d'entendre parler de son commentaire via les magazines et notre équipe - il n'y avait pas eu de conversation auparavant.
Nous respectons sa décision!
Il est vrai que la production de «Suite 226» et aussi la tournée ont montré les différences entre la façon dont nous voulons que ce groupe soit et son point de vue.
Quoi qu'il en soit, il n'y a aucune raison pour nous de nous battre ici avec Urban.
C'est un grand chanteur et musicien exceptionnel et nous tenons à le remercier pour plus de 100 concerts dans le monde entier, de superbes chansons et son travail sur 4 disques incroyables!
Nous lui souhaitons vraiment tout le meilleur pour son avenir!

D'abord:
Nous avons eu une discussion avec notre label «AFM Records» il y a quelques minutes.
Nous avons tout leur soutien pour terminer ce disque sur lequel nous travaillons ... nous devons les remercier beaucoup pour leur confiance!
Ensuite:
Un bon vieil ami nous a offert son coup de main pour réaliser cet album.
À ce stade, un grand merci à Bob Katsionis, c’est formidable de vous avoir de notre côté!
Une chose que nous pouvons promettre ... nous allons livrer un album de tueur avec de super nouveaux morceaux à son meilleur, conçu dans le cadre d'un travail d'équipe!
